Warehouse & Delivery staff is responsible for maintaining an efficient warehouse that provides easy to access inventory for staff; this position is entry level and will allow you to learn about the products and how our business operates.  This position includes hands-on training. 

The position is hourly, pay is starting $16-$18 depending upon experience.  Employees will be eligible for product discounts.   General business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  

Essential Functions

• Verification of incoming shipments; checking in; verifying quantity and quality of received materials.

• Organizing new shipments with current inventory.

• Ensure products are properly organized. Know location of merchandise in warehouse. 

• Maintain physical condition and maintenance of warehouse inventory and equipment to ensure areas are clean, orderly, and safe. Maintain clear aisles and walkways. 

• Works with route sale staff to ensure coordination of deliveries and restocking.

• Responsible for delivery and restocking to satellite locations.

• Responsible for drum and bulk deliveries.

• Performs inventory and cycle counts to ensure physical inventories reconcile with books. Assist in performance of year-end physical inventories for all locations.

• Supports storefront staff as needed with pulling orders and sales.

• Performs general cleaning duties in the warehouse area and assigned vehicle as needed to include; bathrooms, packing area, delivery trucks, etc

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to manager.

• Demonstrate a positive, helpful, and self-starter attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Forklift certification; or ability to obtain

• Must be comfortable with computer technology with a willingness to learn

• Ability to use inventory management systems

• Ability to communicate appropriately to ensure actions are taken to achieve business results

• Self-discipline and unwavering sense of urgency to deliver business results

• Good decision-making and problem solving skills when handling challenging situations in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License, 3 year driving experience.

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred:

• Related industry experience in automotive detailing or bodyshops.

• Previous sales or customer service experience

Safety Excellence:

• Work in a safe manner 

• Ensure proper/safe use of equipment, safeguards, PPE and hazardous materials

• Practice safe driving behaviors and maintain safe driving record

• Report hazards/incidents to manager without delay

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds floor to waist

• Ability to move, load, & unload 55 gallon drums using hand truck and liftgate 

• Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting, crouching, kneeling, reaching, hand coordination handling parts and tools, walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders.

• Exposed to a variety of weather conditions; heat, cold, rain, snow, etc. while servicing our customers.
